To begin, clients undergo a thorough evaluation to gather the information necessary to prepare an individualized training program. Following the assessment, training plans are performed in a small group with a maximum client-to-coach ratio of 6:1.

We offer private training for those who would prefer to train in a 1:1 setting. These sessions are offered during quieter times at the facility and may be the best fit for someone who needs to train before/after normal hours of operation.

We understand that training as an in-person client does not always fit your needs. We accommodate this by offering remote coaching options. Similar to in-person training, all programs begin with a full evaluation. Individualized programs are then uploaded directly to your device and updated on a monthly basis.
Memberships also include one private training session per month, access to exercise video library and unlimited coaching support. Contact us for pricing information.
